Synopsis
Imagine spending your birthday at a museum! Follow Mason and his friends with the Singapore Symphony Orchestra on a musical and scientific scavenger hunt through the exhibits. Based on the book by composer and author Karen LeFrak, ardent champion of musical and literary education for children, this concert for children is perfect for museum lovers and adventure-seekers, and as an introduction to classical music.
Features orchestra with narrator and projected images.
Recommended for ages 7 and above. No admission for infants-in-arms. No admission without a ticket.

Concert Extras
Biodiversity Outreach Booth (Main foyer, level 1) Families are invited to learn more about selected biodiversity specimens such as the pangolin, plantain squirrel, leatherback sea turtle and more, from staff and volunteers of the Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum, National University of Singapore.
Instrument Petting Zoo (Circle 1 foyer, level 2) Get up close and personal with instruments like the violin, flute, trumpet, and various percussion instruments. Musicians will be on hand to provide an introduction and answer any questions you may have. Learn about how they’re played and get a chance to play them yourself!
Photo booth (Main foyer, level 1) Strike a pose at our booth and receive a complimentary photo souvenir to bring home!
The fringe activities mentioned above will begin an hour before the concert, close 15 minutes before the concert, and will re-open again after the concert ends.
Post-show SSO Musicians Meet-and-Greet (Main foyer, level 1) Audiences will get their chance to interact and ask questions to better understand what goes behind the hard work of a musician.

Admission Advice
- Suitable for ages 7 and above.
- However, if parents wish to bring children under 7, a ticket for each child is required.
- Please bring along proof of child’s age, such as a student concession pass, as random checks may be conducted at the venue.
- We reserve the right to ask parents to bring children out of the hall should they be disruptive during the performance.

- Non-flash photography and videography is allowed during the concert.
