Synopsis
The colourful French pianist Lise de la Salle is in the spotlight with Gershwin’s atmospheric Piano Concerto in F, originally called the New York Concerto. Infused with jazz and lit by Broadway, it’s vibrant, sultry, fun and full of life. Guest conductor Stefan Blunier directs the Singapore Symphony Orchestra in Korngold’s monumental Symphony and the music of Danish composer Riisager.
30 Jan Update: Conductor Stefan Blunier will direct this concert as Bertrand de Billy is unable to do so due to an unforeseen medical issue. The programme remains unchanged.

Admission Advice
- This concert is recommended for ages 7 and above.
- Parents or guardians of children who become disruptive during the performance may be requested by venue staff to step out of the hall with the child.
- Each individual must have a ticket for admission.
- Strictly no admission for infant-in-arms and toddlers.
- You are strongly advised to be seated 15 minutes before the performance start time.
- Latecomers will only be admitted at appropriate pauses during the show or during intermission, if any.

- These are allowed when artistes are not performing, such as during bows and applause. Please disable camera flash before taking photos.
